Tia McCarthy

Tia McCarthy, PE, currently serves as the Water/Wastewater Leader, Project Manager, and Project Engineer at CBS Squared Inc. since November 2018. Prior to this role, Tia held positions as Civil Engineer II and Civil Engineer at Lynch & Associates - Engineering Consultants, LLC from January 2017 to November 2018, and as Engineer I and Engineering Intern at Collins Engineers, Inc. from January 2016 to January 2017. Tia's early career included experience as a Co-op Engineer at HNTB from May 2013 to August 2015 and an Engineering Intern at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation in the summer of 2012. Tia earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, completing the degree in 2016.
