Tim Bozikowski

Tim Bozikowski is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of experience in project management and estimations across various renowned companies. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at CBS Construction Services, Inc. since April 2022, Tim has held project management roles at Luxe Residential, LLC, Stevens Construction Corp., and multiple other firms. Tim's expertise includes aggressive bidding for Plan and Spec type projects and effective communication with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which was obtained from 1988 to 1992.
