Bernie Rielag has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Bernie started their career at Siemens Business Services as a Service Desk Call Center Agent in 1998 and later transitioned to the role of Transition Consultant and Team Trainer from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2007, Bernie worked as a Service Desk Solution Architect at Siemens Business Services, Inc. Following that, they joined Comair, Inc as an IT Customer Service Manager from 2007 to 2008, where they successfully improved the service desk's performance and reduced support costs. Bernie's most recent position was at CBTS, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Project Manager and Supervisor from 2008 to 2015, and Sr. Manager - Vitality Program Manager from 2015 onwards. At CBTS, they managed project teams, implemented LAN as a Service (LaaS), and introduced the "Extreme Change Process" that was later implemented across the entire company.
Bernie Rielag obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Miami University, starting in 1992 and graduating in 1997. In 2010, they earned a Project Management Certification from Xavier University. In 2014, Bernie Rielag completed the ITIL Foundations program at MAX Technical Training. In 2017, they participated in the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course at Max Technical Training. Bernie Rielag also holds a few additional certifications, such as Scrum:Advanced from LinkedIn and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org.
