Brian Davis

Brian Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Brian currently holds the position of CTO - Global Accounts at CBTS since November 2018. Prior to that, they served as the CTO - Telco/Service Provider at OnX Enterprise Solutions, responsible for the strategic direction and growth of Cloud and Performance Management for Telco and Service Provider partners. Before that, they were the Vice President - Open Cloud Solutions at OnX Enterprise Solutions, where they built and led a team providing architectural and delivery services for Fortune 500 companies.

Brian also has experience at American Express, where they served as the Director / Portfolio Architect - Cloud Engineering, leading the design, engineering, and delivery of OpenStack on-premise Private Cloud. Brian managed a multi-million dollar engineering budget and led a team of engineers and project managers. Additionally, they worked at IBM as a Technical Team Lead, overseeing the design and maintenance of the American Express DR site, and at Cisco and American Express as a Network Engineer and System Engineer, respectively.

Brian Davis received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Finance from Grand Canyon University from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Information Systems (M,ISM) from the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Brian obtained a certification as an OpenStack System Administrator from Mirantis in October 2014.
