From 2015 to present, Chris works as a Project Manager IV at CBTS, where they manage software deployments and development, along with data networking and monitoring equipment installation for a large telecom company. Chris collaborates with internal and partner resources on projects and presents monthly program management reporting to provide senior level visibility into team efforts.

Prior to that, from 2004 to 2015, Chris worked at Verizon Wireless in various roles. As a Manager - Systems Engineering from 2013 to 2015, they led a team and coordinated the design and implementation of fraud controls, resulting in a significant reduction of monthly network fraud losses. Additionally, they ensured the uptime of fraud systems and managed multiple development and support resources.

From 2006 to 2013, Chris worked as a Member Technical Staff IV - Systems Engineering at Verizon Wireless. In this role, they troubleshooted and debugged automation issues, assisted in the deployment of thin client hardware and virtual desktops, and served as the single point of contact for planning and coordination of changes across mainframe groups.

Chris obtained a System z Associate Certificate from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, in 2010. Furthermore, they completed a certification in Information Systems Project Management from the American Management Association in Paramus, NJ, in 1996.
