Chris Pierce

Chris Pierce has a diverse work experience in the field of service management tools, automation, and network systems analysis. Chris started their career at First Magnus Financial as a Network Administrator from January 2006 to August 2007. Chris then joined the University of Arizona as a Senior Network Systems Analyst in November 2007 and worked there until September 2011. Chris then moved to CBTS, where they held various roles, including Application Developer III from September 2011 to June 2014, Service Management Tools Manager from June 2014 to January 2021, Senior Manager of Service Management Tools from January 2021 to October 2022, and currently holds the position of Director of Service Management Tools and Automation starting October 2022.

Chris Pierce earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Culture and Literature from Penn State University. Chris attended the university from 1996 to 2000.
