Darwin Balcom has an extensive work experience in the sales and service components of Data Networking, Telecommunications, and Network Security. Darwin has over 30 years of experience in the industry and has held various roles in different companies.

From 1975 to 1984, Darwin worked at ITI as an Operation Manager, where they were responsible for managing technical and office staff, overseeing the installation and maintenance of communication systems, and ensuring company profitability.

From 1984 to 1986, they joined Mitel as a Sales Channel Account Manager, where they focused on developing and supporting the growth of Mitel's Channel Partners in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois.

In 1986, Darwin became the President of TES Networks. In this role, they performed business analysis, developed business plans, and managed strategic relationships and alliances with TES Networks' partners. Darwin also identified, researched, analyzed, and introduced new products and services to the market.

In 2004, they moved to Suntel Services as a Senior Account Manager.
