David Leech

David Leech is a seasoned professional in information security and technology management with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Consulting CISO at CBTS since December 2022, David focuses on creating and managing Information Security Plans and Cyber Risk Management Programs to enhance compliance and mitigate risk. As the Proprietor of INSPAR LLC since April 2018, vCISO services are offered to a diverse clientele. Previous roles include CISO and Cyber Advisory Services at Virtual Clarity, General Manager and Vice President of Services at Logicalis, Vice President of Service Delivery at Reed Elsevier, and various positions at Accenture, where pioneering security frameworks were established. David's career commenced in the Royal Air Force, where leadership and IT services implementation were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Systems and Telecoms from the University of Essex, a BA in Social Studies from The Open University, and a BEng(Hons) in Electrical Electronic/Communications Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
