Doug Vincent

Doug Vincent has over a decade of experience in IT management and support, currently serving as the Manager of Service Management Tools at CBTS since December 2017. Prior roles include Manager of Internal Business Solutions at OnX Managed Services and Infrastructure Support Consultant at LTI, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing monitoring tools and server management. Doug's career began at Logicalis as a Nimsoft Engineer and included positions as a Web Development Co-op at The Cincinnati Insurance Company and System Administrator at Property Advisors. Doug holds a degree in Information Technology from Northern Kentucky University and has foundational education from the University of Cincinnati.
