Eric Shelly has extensive work experience in the information technology industry. Eric began their career in 1996 as a Technical Services Manager at Government Acquisitions, where they managed a technical services team responsible for supporting federal customers and successfully handling multi-million dollar projects. In 2004, they joined Siemens IT Solutions and Services as a Manager of Release Management, where they co-built a North American Release Management tower and managed engineering and project management staff. From 2009 to 2014, Eric worked at Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions as a Manager of the Enterprise Operations Center, overseeing the delivery of enterprise-class services and participating in service-based SLA scoping. Eric then moved to Dell as a Client Delivery Executive, managing service delivery teams for regional healthcare customers. Currently, Eric holds the position of Sr Director of Operations at CBTS, where they manage enterprise program and service delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and maximizing customer experience.
