Heather Cameron

Heather Cameron is Vice President and General Counsel at CBTS. She reports directly to Jeff Lackey, President of CBTS. Heather advises the executive and senior management and investor board on various matters such as legal rights, new and existing laws, and the policy and position on legal matters. She is also responsible for examining and crafting draft agreements, such as employment, customer, and vendor agreements; maintaining knowledge of the operations and legal documents; and conducting legal research and review of the Company's litigation strategy in regard to legal actions.

A graduate of Texas A & M and Harvard Law, Heather brings over 20 years of experience as a General Counsel, advising executive management on strategic and operational matters across diverse industry sectors, including technology, financial services, automotive, retail, manufacturing, and distribution. Her multi-state and international experience informs her more than ten years of experience as a Vice President and General Counsel to multiple departments, including IT.
