Jay Lescoe

Director Of Service Delivery at CBTS

Jay Lescoe began their work experience in 1999 at Omnicare, Inc. where they served as a Program & PMO Manager until 2008. Jay then joined Beech Acres Parenting Center as the Director of Technology Services from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they joined CBTS as a Sr. Program Manager / Service Delivery Manager until 2015 when they were promoted to the role of Director of Service Delivery, a position they currently hold. In 2016, they also served as the Chapter President for itSMF USA's Ohio Valley chapter.

Jay Lescoe completed an MBA in Information Technology Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1997 to 1999. Jay then pursued a master's degree in Information Systems at Northern Kentucky University from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Science from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1991 to 1997.

In addition to their academic degrees, Jay Lescoe has obtained several certifications. Jay achieved the ITIL® Expert Level certification in various domains such as Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, CSI, and Management Across Lifecycle, through AXELOS in partnership with the Cabinet Office (part of HM Government) in July 2017. Jay also holds a Black Belt in Applied Six Sigma certification and has completed the Lean Process Engineer program from Harrington Institute. Moreover, they have pursued a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
