Jim Koch

Jim Koch is an experienced Senior Project Manager at CBTS, overseeing infrastructure projects and managing client relationships, budgets, and risks since June 2023. With over 25 years in IT, Jim previously held a similar position at Insight from September 2018 to February 2023, contributing significantly to business maturity through various leadership roles. Jim served as a Board Member at Elder High School from August 2017 to June 2019, participating in financial and strategic planning. Prior roles at Cardinal Solutions included Employee Development Manager, Director of Operations, and HR Manager, where Jim managed IT projects, hardware procurement over $500K, and developed internal training initiatives. Jim's career began in network and software engineering with positions at Great American Insurance and GE Aircraft Engines. Jim holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Thomas More University.
