John Liebig

John Liebig has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. John started their career as a Logistics Specialist in the US Army, where they were responsible for licensing drivers, receiving and issuing repair parts, and maintaining stock of items. John later transitioned to a Sales Assistant role at Lowe's Companies, Inc.

In 2015, John took on an internship at Shawnee State University before becoming a College Student there until 2019. During this time, they gained valuable experience in a variety of areas.

In 2021, John worked as a System Administrator at MKS2 Technologies, where they tracked and recorded equipment for inventory purposes, prepared and deployed devices, managed users and equipment in Active Directory, and troubleshooted various issues.

Currently, John is a Network Engineer at CBTS, where they work in a small team to bring sites into Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification compliance. Their responsibilities include assisting in secure network design, analyzing network data, making upgrade recommendations, troubleshooting network issues, managing relationships between clients and vendors, and deploying new network security devices and software.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

John Liebig earned an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Shawnee State University, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. John further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degrees, John has also earned the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA in June 2021.
