Kanmani R

Kanmani R has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They started their career as an HR Executive at Blue Bird Technologies in 2012, where they handled the full life cycle of recruitment. They were responsible for sourcing profiles, screening candidates, and managing the recruitment database. Additionally, they acted as a liaison between the corporate and candidates and recruited for both contract and permanent positions.

From 2014 to 2015, Kanmani worked at HCL Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and then moved on to RBS International in 2015 as a Senior Technical Recruiter. At RBS International, they focused on technical recruitment and held the position until April 2022.

Currently, Kanmani is working at CBTS as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, a role they started in May 2021.

Kanmani R pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Anna University. Kanmani attended this program from 2009 to 2011.
