Kevin Gwin has over 40 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Kevin started their career in 1979 as a Project Manager for Network Services at Cincinnati Bell, where they worked with the Kroger National Account. Kevin later held roles as an AT&T Network Specialist, Toll Free Specialist, and Network Services Project Manager. In 1994, they joined Cincinnati Bell as an AT&T Network Services Project Manager and continued to work in various roles, including Network Service Consultant, Chronic Repair Manager, and Manager of Service Delivery. From 2002 to 2003, they served as a Service Delivery Manager. Kevin then worked as a Customer Support Manager at Cincinnati Bell from 2003 to 2011. In 2012, Kevin joined Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions (CBTS) as a Project Manager and later became the Team Lead-Project Manager responsible for implementing cloud-based VoIP telecom solutions for General Electric locations throughout the United States.

Kevin Gwin attended The Ohio State University from 1975 to 1976, although they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during their time there. Subsequently, from 1976 to 1979, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing at the University of Cincinnati.
