Kim Graham

Kim Graham has extensive experience in corporate communications and content management. Kim currently holds the role of Sr. Manager - Corporate Communications at CBTS since January 2023. In their previous role as Content Manager at CBTS, they managed various creative projects for multiple brands, collaborated with stakeholders and agencies for social media content creation, and analyzed monthly social media analytics. Before that, they served as an Assistant Content Manager at CBTS, where they collaborated with stakeholders and agencies for content creation, reported social media analytics, and worked on sales enablement materials.

Prior to their time at CBTS, Kim worked at 21c Museum Hotels as a Communications & Engagement Specialist and Executive Assistant, where they focused on social media content creation and improving guest engagement through various channels. Kim also worked at Cincinnati Museum Center as a Traveling Exhibits Coordinator, overseeing the rental, delivery, and installation of exhibits across North America.

Before transitioning into the corporate world, Kim worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist, utilizing their empathy and expertise in massage techniques and human anatomy. Kim also gained experience in graphic design and content development as a Graphics Assistant at Educational Theatre Association.

Kim's career began at Cincinnati Museum Center as an Outreach Coordinator and Floor Staff member, where they developed and presented educational programs and engaged visitors with fascinating information. Kim also worked at Educational Theatre Association as an Editorial Assistant and Digital Publishing Coordinator, contributing to the production of various printed materials for high school theater education.
