Lindsey Ceane

Lindsey Ceane, MHRM, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at CBTS since October 2022, Lindsey collaborates with Canadian and US teams on employee relations and organizational development. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at ADAC Automotive, where Lindsey oversaw HR functions in a manufacturing environment, and Human Resources Business Partner at Fifth Third Bank, focusing on operational support. Additional experience includes HR management at Tower Laboratories Ltd. and human resources administration in Oceana County. Lindsey holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Baker College.
