Lori Parsons

Lori Parsons, PMP, serves as the Director of the Program Management Office at CBTS, a position held since November 2021, after transitioning from the role of Enterprise IT Project Manager. Prior to CBTS, Lori accumulated over two decades of experience at Lumen Technologies, where the role of Sr. Lead Project Manager was undertaken. Earlier in the career, Lori worked at CenturyLink as an Account Consultant, managing relationships and service delivery for major Global Fortune 100 accounts, and at CONVERGYS CORP in Technical Sales Support, focusing on large presentations and project management. The career began at Ameritech, progressing rapidly from an outside sales representative to Indirect Sales Territory Manager, responsible for profitability and team development. Education includes a BA in Marketing and Management from the University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University.
