Mark Edwards has extensive experience in the contact center industry, currently serving as a Contact Center Solutions Consultant at CBTS since August 2016. In this role, Mark provides design and implementation support for all contact centers within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Prior to CBTS, Mark held various technical positions, including Senior Technical Support Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Avaya, where support was provided to top-tier customers. As the owner of Boone Consulting Group, Mark assisted Avaya business partners with call center management upgrades and solutions. With a career beginning in 1985 at the White House Communications Agency, Mark has consistently showcased expertise in telecommunications and contact center technologies across multiple organizations. Mark holds education from Vincennes University.
