Patricia Hatfield

Patricia Hatfield has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and customer retention. Patricia worked at CBTS from 2017 to the present, starting as an Operations Engineer and then becoming a Windows Engineer I. Prior to that, they worked at CBTS as a Network Engineer from 2014 to 2017. Before joining CBTS, they were with Alliance Data from 2004 to 2014, where they held the roles of Recovery Specialist and Customer Retention Advocate. During their time at Alliance Data, they were responsible for collecting on delinquent accounts, processing new business and payments, and maintaining financial transactions.

Patricia Hatfield earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking and Computer Systems Support Technology from UC Clermont College, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Business degree in Administrative Support from UC Clermont College, attending from 1999 to 2003. In 1988 to 1990, they completed a certificate program in Word Processing at Live Oaks CDC.

Additionally, Patricia has achieved certifications in the field of networking. In November 2013, they obtained the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification and the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco.
