Richard Farmer

Richard Farmer has extensive experience as a project manager in various companies. Richard firstly worked at Fiserv Corp., where they managed the Dayton Ohio Customer support organization and coordinated Audit compliance activities. Later, at First Data Corporation and First Data Government Solutions, Richard was responsible for implementing multi-location call centers and IVR/Web Application systems for state governments. Richard demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills to improve revenue, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Richard worked as a project manager at Modis Inc., where their specific responsibilities are unknown. At LexisNexis, they successfully led the implementation of internal/external solutions for product upgrades across multiple departments. Richard Farmer attended Mercer County Community College from 1970 to 1972, where they earned an Associates degree in Computer Science. Richard then pursued further education at Wright State University from 1981 to 1988, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in IT Management.
