Rick McCharen has over 40 years of work experience in the field of information technology solutions. Rick began their career in 1981 as a Data Center Manager at Oxy, where they managed the operations of the data center. In 1987, they joined Williams Company as the Manager of Midrange Unix Systems Administration, where they oversaw the administration of Unix systems. In 1999, Rick joined CBTS as an Enterprise Account Manager, where they worked on delivering IT solutions throughout North America, focusing on understanding clients' unique business challenges and desired outcomes.
Rick McCharen completed their high school education at Edison High School. Rick then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Oral Roberts University from 1977 to 1981. Following that, they attended The University of Tulsa and obtained an MBA in Information Systems Management from 1988 to 1991.
