Sandi Harris

Sandi Harris has over four decades of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at New Era Technology since April 2021 and as a Telecom Analyst at CBTS since July 2018, Sandi has a strong focus on optimizing telecom operations and finding cost savings. Previously, Sandi held the position of Sr. Telecom Analyst at The Paragon Group, managing MACD for 60 locations across North America and overseeing billing for data and voice lines in the U.S. and Europe. Sandi's past roles include Project Manager at Randstad CPE, where responsibilities included handling escalations as the AT&T liaison for Huntington Bank, and at The Paragon Group, where Sandi led timelines for international WAP installations. Starting a career at AT&T in 1980 as an operator, Sandi progressed to Network Foreman and Six Sigma Project Manager, implementing procedures that improved cost efficiencies in network departments. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Phoenix, Columbus State Community College, and Franklin University.
