Sara Kramer has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Sara started their career as a Healthcare Recruiter at Management Recruiters Cincinnati in 2006 before moving on to become an HR Generalist at MVD Communications in 2007. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of HR, including benefits administration, recruiting, payroll, and handling unemployment and workers' compensation claims.

Sara Kramer pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Cincinnati from 1999 to 2003. Sara obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications during this time. Later, they enrolled in Mount St. Joseph University from 2004 to 2005 to pursue a Master's degree in Education.
