Sara Kramer

Sara Kramer has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Sara started their career as a Healthcare Recruiter at Management Recruiters Cincinnati in 2006 before moving on to become an HR Generalist at MVD Communications in 2007. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of HR, including benefits administration, recruiting, payroll, and handling unemployment and workers' compensation claims.

In 2008, Sara joined Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they focused on full-cycle IT recruiting for small, mid, and enterprise organizations. This included identifying and sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and screenings, and building relationships with candidates for future opportunities. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager for the Columbus City Schools Professional Services Project, successfully staffing 25+ consultants and coordinating candidate onboarding.

Sara then joined Encore Technologies in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they continued their work in recruiting and talent acquisition. Sara joined CBTS in 2017 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they carried out similar responsibilities to their previous role, including candidate identification, interviewing, and pipeline building.

Sara Kramer pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Cincinnati from 1999 to 2003. Sara obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications during this time. Later, they enrolled in Mount St. Joseph University from 2004 to 2005 to pursue a Master's degree in Education.
