Tim Duggins is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in program management and IT services. Currently serving as Director of Global Programs at CBTS since November 2015, Tim has previously held key positions such as Divisional Assistant Vice President of IT Services at Great American Insurance, where responsibilities included IT infrastructure enablement, performance optimization, and end-user experience. Tim's career also includes a role as Senior Global Delivery Project Executive at IBM, managing global delivery of IT technical services across multiple continents. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, along with further studies at Columbia University and additional credentials in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
