Toni Burns

Toni Burns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing operations and process excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations at CBTS since March 2010, Toni previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Fidelity Investments from 1997 to 2008. These roles included Director of Process Excellence, where oversight of call center processes across five locations was a primary responsibility, and Vice President of Quality and Risk Management, leading quality and risk management initiatives across six call centers and four business products. Additionally, as Vice President of Operations, Toni provided strategic direction to managers in a team-based phone center environment focused on associate development and customer satisfaction. Toni holds a degree from Miami University, obtained from 1977 to 1981.
