Trevor Gauche has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Trevor started their career as a Restaurant General Manager at Pizza Hut and worked there for ten years. Following that, they joined Time Warner Cable as a Tier 3 TSR2, where they handled customer relations, troubleshooting cable signal and digital phone issues, and operated the billing system. Trevor then moved on to Charter Communications as a Sr. Lead, Internet and Voice, where they worked for two years. At Charter Communications, they gained expertise in managing internet and voice services. Trevor'snext role was with CBTS, where they worked as a CBTS Service Desk Analyst II, assisting with service desk operations. Later, they became a VoIP Communications Engineer I, troubleshooting and repairing VoIP issues on multiple platforms. Currently, they are working at CBTS as a Technical Engineering Manager, co-managing a team of 13 communications engineers and ensuring the quality of work. Trevor also plays a significant role in approving payroll, expenses, and bonuses for the team.

Trevor Gauche completed their education from 2014 to 2018 at the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Additionally, Trevor has obtained two certifications: the CCNA certification from Cisco in August 2021 and the CMNA certification from Cisco Meraki in February 2020.
