CBZ CONSULTING INC (CBZ) utilizes over 20 years of experience gained by its founder Charles Bransby-Zachary in the field of Building Assessment and Non Destructive Evaluation (NDE)

UNDERSTANDING YOUR BUILDINGS & STRUCTURES

Mr Bransby-Zachary is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has a broad experience of assessing buildings ranging from Castles in England to high rise hotels in New York City.

Mr Bransby-Zachary is essentially a ‘Building Doctor’. With a core client base of Architects, Engineers, Building Owners, Property Management Firms and Designers, CBZ diagnoses the reasons for building problems and helps determine the best repair or replacement solutions. As 'issues' arise and help is needed for the full range of structures in existence, CBZ is asked to investigate Historic and Brand New structures alike.

The key to success in providing this critical information is to collect it with the least possible disruption to the building and the client; this means combining the best investigative technologies currently available to answer questions of the structure without damaging them, and then to limit any destructive work necessary to targeted verification only.

CBZ CONSULTING INC. eliminates uncertainty associated with buildings and structures and allows a project to move forward with confidence and without delay
