Kyle joined Dataquest in December 2016 as Head of Operations, where he is responsible leading Project Management on a day to day basis. Kyle has over 20 years’ experience working within IT. He spent five years working within IBM in an MSP environment, providing a Service Delivery and Project Management role for the desktop support function across a number of blue chip accounts including Legal & General, Jones Land LaSalle and DEFRA. Kyle is ITIL and Prince2 qualified, and his appointment has seen DQ improve from what was already an excellent service delivery operation.
