CC Homes, was founded on the principle of providing families with high-quality new homes in highly desirable locations. With more than 75 years of combined experience in South Florida real estate, Mr. Armando Codina and Mr. Jim Carr have built beautiful residences for more than one thousand happy homeowners. As one of the largest builder-developers in Florida, CC Homes has received many awards and recognitions.

Most notably, the builder's inaugural project, Monterra in Cooper City was named by Metro Study as the 9th best selling new home community in the United States during 2011 and 2012. Other popular projects in Collier, Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County, current and completed, have positioned this builder-developer as a leader in the state's booming new construction industry.

Homes built by CC Homes are designed to improve people's lives. Modern features, smart floor plans and upscale amenities combine for the ultimate South Florida lifestyle. The builder proudly employees a dedicated and talented team of new home consultants, designers, construction managers, customer service representatives and experienced business professionals.
