Prior to this, Robert worked as a Board Member at Financial Executives Alliance - Boston Hedge Fund Group, where they facilitated networking and discussions among financial decision-makers in the industry. Robert also held key positions at RDC Capital Partners, MAST Capital Management, Great Elm Capital Management, and JP Morgan, gaining experience in various financial and compliance roles. Robert began their career at Lehman Brothers and the Royal Bank of Scotland, honing their skills in operations and product control.
