Community Capacity Builders CIC was established to deliver a range of projects and services for young people and adults. 

Our main focus is to provide funded sessional and project work to deliver a range of health, well being, sport and educational projects and services to those vulnerable children and adults that we work with throughout Wirral and the Liverpool City Region. 

We have 4 key themes/pillars that we focus our delivery on :- 

1. Physical Health (e.g. exercise, mobility, yoga, walking, sport and physical activity delivered by qualified and experienced Personal Trainers) 

2. Mental Health (1-1/small group therapy sessions and counselling) with our own qualified therapists. 

3. Financial Health (7-12 week financial literacy and education lessons delivered by our own teachers)

4. Education, Enterprise and Employment (an 8 week programme enabling young people and adults gain employment, access education, or set up a small business)

Our team has over 100 years combined experience of working with vulnerable groups, charities/not for profit organisations ranging from children and young people, mental health, sports, physical activity and cancer patient care. 

Our experienced and expert team of sessional staff and therapists work alongside a range of partner agencies and service users to help create, manage, deliver and develop physical, mental, financial and educational projects to vulnerable children and adults. 

We offer and deliver supported interventions designed to help combat the problems these communities deal with, such as poverty, ill health, access to training and employment.
