Hervé Guyader is an associate lawyer specializing in international trade law and corporate law, currently serving as the head of the International Trade division at ACE - Avocats, Ensemble. Hervé is also the President of the French Committee for International Trade Law and co-responsible for the International Trade Commission at the Paris Bar. With extensive experience in legal and institutional affairs, Hervé directs the legal department of the Observatoire des Think-Tanks and contributes as an expert at the Council of European Bars. Additionally, Hervé has held teaching positions at various universities, including Université Paris-Sud and Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, and has completed a Research Doctorate in Private Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon Assas.
