Ali Hays

Ali Hays has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career at Allstate, where they were selected for the Leadership Development Program and gained cross-functional experience through three-year rotations. They also held roles in talent and leadership effectiveness consulting, marketing consulting, and product development analysis at Allstate. In 2017, Ali joined Allstate as an HR Service Delivery Model Senior Consultant. They later became an Executive Succession & Development Associate Manager and then an Executive Succession & Development Manager. In 2021, Ali moved to West Monroe as a Senior Consultant in Organization & People, and later became a Manager in the same department. In 2023, Ali joined CCC Intelligent Solutions as the Human Resources Director.

Ali Hays has a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resources from Indiana University Bloomington. They also participated in an Undergraduate Study Abroad Program focused on Policy, Governance, and Management at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Additionally, Ali holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Chicago. They have also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in October 2022.
