Corrin Capeles

Corrin Capeles is an experienced leader in talent management and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Head of Talent, Culture, and Inclusion at CCC Intelligent Solutions since August 2022. In this role, Corrin focuses on attracting and retaining top talent while fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Previously, Corrin held senior leadership positions at CF Industries, where responsibilities included developing a global inclusion and diversity strategy and managing various talent and culture initiatives. With a background in human resources and organizational development spanning over 15 years, Corrin has also contributed to Reynolds Consumer Products Inc. and Bimbo Bakeries USA. Corrin holds a Master's degree in Sociology with a focus on Organizational Behavior from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Illinois State University.
