David Langlois

David Langlois has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at CCC Intelligent Solutions since May 2015. In this role, David drives strategic initiatives and implements operational projects to enhance the performance of the Customer Success organization. Prior positions at CCC include Associate Director of Customer Success, Manager of the Customer Success Team, and Customer Success Manager, among other roles. David's career in the field began in September 2000, and various responsibilities included managing national accounts and strategic client relationships. David holds an A.A.S. in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Colorado (2011-2014) and a BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota (1991-1997).
