Deanne Kludy

Deanne Kludy is an experienced professional in instructional design and training, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate Director at CCC Intelligent Solutions since October 2004, Deanne has held several managerial roles focused on design and development within Learning Services, including overseeing the training strategy for strategic product delivery. Prior experience includes roles at Caremark, where Deanne facilitated new employee orientations and managed vendor relationships, and at CoreComm, where significant improvements were made to the Chicago call center's training program. Deanne holds a Master of Education in Learning Technology from Northcentral University and a BA in English/Secondary Education from Lewis University.
