Eddie Gilbert

Eddie Gilbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management and process engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager of Casualty Release & Process Engineering at CCC Information Services since 2020. In this role, Eddie leads release management initiatives and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance development processes and implement quality management practices. Prior to CCC, Eddie worked as an ITIL Process Owner at AXIS Capital, managing IT Service Management processes, and as Senior Release Manager at Internap Corporation, overseeing technology projects in release planning and Agile development. Eddie's earlier career includes roles in process engineering and software development at Global Payments Inc. and various other technology companies, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Information & Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
