Himel Das

Himel Das is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Lead Engineer at CCC Intelligent Solutions since February 2021, following the acquisition of Safekeep, where Himel held the role of Senior Data and Software Engineer and was a co-founder. Prior to this, Himel worked as a Data and Software Engineer at MDLand from August 2018 to February 2021, contributing to the development of one of the first public COVID-19 vaccine scheduling websites for New York City and creating data aggregation pipelines for over one million patients for the NYC Department of Health. Earlier experience includes a role as a Full-stack Developer at BronxDocs, where Himel developed population health software for over 150 clinics in New York City and Florida. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, Biology, and Chemistry from Lehman College.
