Ian C. has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at CCC Intelligent Solutions since March 2020, having previously held the role of Field Consultant. Prior to that, Ian worked at Shelter Insurance Companies as a Material Damage Adjuster, where responsibilities included investigating, analyzing, evaluating, and settling insurance claims related to automobile and property damage. Ian also held leadership positions at ESIS, Inc. as a Team Lead, managing Claims Representatives to ensure efficient claims services, and at Farmers Insurance, where Ian progressed from an Underwriter to Claims Supervisor. Ian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Kansas State University.
