James Lim

James Lim has extensive experience in corporate development, M&A, and investment banking. James is currently the Group Vice President of Corporate Development at CCC Intelligent Solutions, where they lead all M&A and investment initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at TIBCO Software, leading M&A and corporate strategy initiatives. James has also held various managing director roles at North Point Advisors, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Excellerate Advisors, Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Pacific Growth Equities, and Piper Jaffray, specializing in technology and software banking.

James Lim has an MBA degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
