Jeff Stone is a seasoned business transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in talent strategy, operational excellence, and people analytics. They have held key positions at various esteemed organizations, including Allstate and Bain & Company, where they significantly contributed to workforce planning, strategic initiatives, and cost-saving measures. Currently, Jeff serves as the Talent Strategy Director at CCC Intelligent Solutions and is a founding member of The People Collective, an exclusive community for executive-level People Leaders. They hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Economics and Journalism from Northwestern University.
