Jim Munsterman Api

Jim Munsterman is an experienced insurance professional with a significant background in claims management and customer success. Currently serving as Account Manager at CCC Intelligent Solutions since April 2018, Jim has held various roles including Senior Associate Account Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Claims Unit Manager at The Hanover Insurance Group, managing a team of commercial insurance and total loss adjusters, and holding multiple management positions at the Automobile Club of Southern California, where responsibilities included team management and leading the development of Guidewire ClaimCenter. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Indiana Wesleyan University and has earned two associates degrees from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters in Insurance and Personal Insurance.
