John Lepere

John LePere, CPCU®, ChFC®, has a wide range of work experience. John started their career at International Marketing Group as a Sales Leader, where they managed multiple advertising campaigns and trained new employees. In 2004, John joined State Farm and took on various roles, including Auto Property Damage Claim Representative and Claim Automation & Procedures Specialist, where they led the implementation of telephony technology and managed salvage test levers. In 2017, they joined CCC Intelligent Solutions, initially as a Senior Customer Success Manager and eventually transitioning to roles such as Manager - Customer Success, National Account Manager, Senior National Account Manager, and currently, Vice President National Accounts. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong customer service and leadership skills.

John LePere, CPCU®, ChFC® has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 1998 and 2002. John also holds a Digital Marketing Certificate from The George Washington University School of Business, completed in 2021. Furthermore, John has earned various certifications, including Lean Management Certification, Associate in Claims (AIC-M®), Change Management Certification, Associate in Insurance Services (AIS®), Associate in Claims (AIC®), and a Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser's License. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from The American College of Financial Services and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®) from The Institutes.
