Jon Bray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jon began their career at Brady Corporation, where they participated in the Financial Management Program from May 2005 to May 2007. Jon then transitioned to Corporate Finance at the same company from May 2007 to June 2009.
In 2010, Jon moved to Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and held various positions over the years. Jon started as a Consultant in October 2010 and was promoted to Project Leader in October 2012. In July 2014, they further advanced to the role of Principal, where they worked until January 2017.
Since February 2017, Jon has been affiliated with CCC Intelligent Solutions. Jon initially served as Vice President of Strategy until November 2019, when they took on the additional responsibility of BizOps as Vice President of Strategy & BizOps. Currently, they hold the position of Group Vice President of Strategy, starting from March 2022.
Jon Bray received their BBA in Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business in 2005. Later, in 2010, they completed a one-year MBA program in Management & Strategy, Marketing at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
