Masa Kato

Masa Kato is a Data Science Manager at CCC Intelligent Solutions, a position held since May 2017, where responsibilities include training multi-modal transformer models on extensive datasets and creating a repository for advanced model development. Previously, Masa worked as a Computer Vision Data Scientist at Metis, where a capstone project involved developing a model for sign language recognition. Prior experience also includes a role as a Structural Engineer at Mountain Pacific, Inc., specializing in falsework design for construction projects. Masa Kato earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego between 2010 and 2015.
