Matthew Bailey

Matthew Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew currently serves as the VP of Software Engineering - Casualty at CCC Intelligent Solutions since 2022. Previously, from 2018 to 2022, they worked as the VP of Software Engineering at Kemberton, where they focused on building an industry-leading platform for complex claims processing. Prior to that, in 2015, Matthew was the VP of Platform Technology at CIOX Health, where they were responsible for managing a team of 80 developers and architects and leading the agile transformation. From 2004 to 2015, they held various roles at IOD Incorporated, including VP of Software Engineering and Director of Software Engineering, where they implemented and maintained Agile SDLC and launched multiple SAAS product lines. Matthew began their career in 1998 at ISOMEDIA, Inc as a Lead Software Engineer, providing software consulting services. Prior to that, in 1996, they worked as an Associate Consultant at BDO Seidman, LLP, developing transactional business applications.

Matthew Bailey obtained an Associates in Arts and Science degree in Computer Science from Bellevue College from 1990 to 1992. In 2017, they also obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
