Rommel Sison has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the customer experience and operational excellence fields. Rommel currently holds the position of Sr. Director, OEM Market Development at CCC Intelligent Solutions since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Customer Experience at CCC Intelligent Solutions from February 2021 to November 2023. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Casualty Operational Excellence at Auto Injury Solutions from September 2018 to February 2021. Rommel Sison also served in multiple managerial positions at CCC Information Services, including Director of Distribution & Logistics and Parts Operations from 2010 to 2018. Rommel also held roles as Product Release Manager, Strategic Product Launch Manager, and Manager of Launch Management during their tenure with the company from 1996 to 2010. In addition to their corporate experience, Rommel Sison is an Advisory Board Member of the UCI Customer Experience Program at UC Irvine since December 2021.
Rommel Sison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UCLA in 1996. Rommel pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from DeVry University in 2001. In 2003, Rommel completed an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as the Scaling for Growth Executive Leadership Program from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2015 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005.
