Ryan Bundy

Ryan Bundy, MBA, CPCU, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at CCC Intelligent Solutions since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at American Family Insurance from May 2017 to November 2022, including Claims Vendor Specialist and Claims Quality Assurance Specialist. Ryan's career began at Madison Mutual, where responsibilities included managing a team as Claims Supervisor and overseeing the Auto Estimatics Department from June 2011 to May 2017. Earlier experience includes working as a Material Damage Claims Representative at National General Insurance from June 2006 to June 2011, dealing with property and casualty claims across multiple states. Ryan achieved a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation in May 2014 and holds an MBA as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
